Summary:

Pip craves adventure and a chance to right the injustices he sees all around – just like his hero, Robin Hood. Stuck in dreary, tiny Nottinghamshire, with a father afraid of his own shadow, Pip’s hopes are a distant dream – until an unexpected offer to go to the Bradford Fair gives him a chance to escape his dull life for a few days.
